Managing, Delegating, and Organizing 1
Yes, I will include the staff members in the decision making process of the organization
because they are the people who are majorly affected with the changes present in the healthcare
society. The top level management only makes the decision but these are the people who
implement it and achieve success on behalf of the organization. Therefore, involving the staff in
the decision making process of different departments will help the management in taking an
effective decision to overcome turbulence present in the external environment. The organization
work on the basis of experience of these people to achieve stability in the environment. Further,
centralization of jobs will help the organization to gain more authority in the functions of the
business. This will also help in increasing the attention of the employees towards and reporting
of the activities as well (Riisgaard, et. al., 2017).
Centralization refers to the process of assembling all the activities of the company and
reporting it to the head office or head department of the company. This feature reduces the
sharing of responsibility in the environment and decisions are majorly taken by the higher level
management of the company. Thus, the management should keep operations work centralized in
the organization while all the other functions should be delegated to employees in the
environment. Delegation of responsibility and authority increases the effectiveness of work as
they get the power to conduct actions by themselves without taking manager’s permission.
Streamline organizational process should be used to eliminate the complications in the
environment and increase the effectiveness of work. The linear structure will help the business in
managing the turbulence of external environment effectively (Winnubst, 2017).
