5.4.1 Process modelThe project management process model that is to be used in this project is the Agile. The Agile methodology focuses on the completion of the activities in sprints. There can be multiple sprints in the completion of the project. In this project, the sprint will be of 15 days. Each sprint will be followed by the assessment of the project. Each sprint leads to the completion of one module which can be used by the users. This project will be divided into multiple sprints that will be completed by the team. 5.4.2 Process improvement planThe process improvement plan of this project will be focused on understanding the areas that are weaker and then implementing the resources that can act in improving them. There are various activities that will take place while developing the project. The focus will be on understanding each of the activities and then improving to ensure that the activities finish well within time and budget. 5.4.3 Infrastructure planThe infrastructure of the project is related to the physical and the technical aspects that are required in the system development. The development of the mobile application will require the access to the cloud system mechanism to virtually store the data that will be generated by the users from both the ends. Moreover, it is important that the users have enough space and configuration available on their devices to access the system. The mobile app is expected to not use the battery power and memory of the device in comparison to other applications.5.4.4 Methods, tools and techniquesGiven below is the overall project plan that will be used in the development of the project.
