on employee voice: The role of trust in the employer. The International Journal of

Summary of the content – The journal is mainly based on the analysis of the levels
of demographic diversity which is present in the organizations. The trust which employers
have on the employees and the effect of diversity on the voice of employees is an important
part of the analysis which has been made in the article.
Summary of the research methods – The method which has been used for the
analysis mainly includes the data collection and sample. The different concepts which have
been considered for the analysis are, employee voice, trust levels in the employer, levels of
demographic diversity.
Strengths and weaknesses of the journal and relevance of the article – The major
strength of the article is based on the ways by which it is able to establish a link between the
demographic diversity and the influence which it has on the levels of trust. The effect of the
trust and diversity on employee voice has also been analysed. The weakness is that it has not
provided any unique information based on the topic.

disability and aged workforce has also been considered in the article.
Summary of the research methods – The research method is mainly based on the
interrelationship between the different aspects related to diversity which are thereby present
in the organizations. The author has used the analysis of these relationships in order to
analyse the diversity effects.
Strengths and weaknesses of the journal and relevance of the article - The article
has been able to depict the directions based on future research on the topic of diversity in the
organizations. The weakness of the article is that it has not been able to capture the vast topic
which is based on the relationship between the aspects of diversity.

organizations are mainly considered for this analysis. The position of the author is based on
the ways by which diversity is able to affect the ways by which organizations are able to
operate in a diverse nature.
Summary of the research methods – The research has been done based on
qualitative and quantitative approaches and 227 employees have been surveyed for this
purpose.
