INTRODUCTION
In this report, there will be a suitable questionnaire of data collection that has been
developed is for a particular organisation and i.e. Tile and Stone Depot, which is dealing with an
issue of dissatisfied staff members, which was directly impacting negatively on their own and on
company’s productivity level. Away with this, a justification will also be given for the
development of questionnaire and the data that is required to be collected.

Questionnaire is an effective data collection tool, which carries a number of questions which are
specifically answered by a number of selected individuals (respondents). It can be said that a
questionnaire is pretty much effective and efficient in nature when it comes to gather relevant
and reliable data (Halcomb and Bird, 2020). On the other hand, suitability is something which is
specifically evaluated by researcher in relation with questionnaire when utilising it in a different
and in a unique way as well. Away with this, a questionnaire is practical in nature, which may
aid a researcher in collecting realistic data in relation with the chosen research problem. A lot of
information can be collected from a huge number of folks in a short-term timeframe
(Jayawardena and Jayawardena, 2020). An effective questionnaire is also going to be developed
in context with Tile and Stone Depot, where the targeted employees will be the dissatisfied staff
members.
Also, it is found that this could be completed by the investigator or by quite a few folks

easy and quick in terms of giving answer, effectively provide response towards the choice by
clarifying the text for their respondents. Moreover, close ended questions are easy in terms of
comparing with other respondents as it is less costly to analyse suitable things regarding the
structure and process of an organisation. Hence, in regard of having effective decision making
close ended questions are suitable as they are useful in order to give quick and better response.

With the help of above mentioned report, it can easily be said that questionnaire may easily
help a researcher in collecting data in much effective and in efficient manner. As by undertaking
the present situation of company which is unsatisfied staff members as they are facing issues
regarding pay structure and inappropriate policies that leads to develop dissatisfaction among
workforce that leads to impact their performance and productivity.
