In this report, there will be a suitable questionnaire of data collection that has been
developed is for a particular organisation and i.e. Tile and Stone Depot, which is dealing with an
issue of dissatisfied staff members, which was directly impacting negatively on their own and on
company’s productivity level. Away with this, a justification will also be given for the
development of questionnaire and the data that is required to be collected.

Questionnaire is an effective data collection tool, which carries a number of questions which are
specifically answered by a number of selected individuals (respondents). It can be said that a
questionnaire is pretty much effective and efficient in nature when it comes to gather relevant
and reliable data (Halcomb and Bird, 2020). On the other hand, suitability is something which is
specifically evaluated by researcher in relation with questionnaire when utilising it in a different
and in a unique way as well. Away with this, a questionnaire is practical in nature, which may
aid a researcher in collecting realistic data in relation with the chosen research problem. A lot of
information can be collected from a huge number of folks in a short-term timeframe
