CE 2.2 Project Background
CE 2.2.1 Characteristics of the project
Conservation of energy is a current problem and this design suggested the most efficient
technique of doing this. This particular design was eventually conceived for meeting the energy
requirements of those residing in the rural areas, due to the poor access to the electricity and also
as a typical model for the gym centers and also the cycle workout studios. Most of the persons
are living in these typical rural areas that hold at least a cell phone but also lack any type of
means to accuse them. This learning focused on the fabrication and design of a pedal operated
power generator with generation of electricity. The power generator is a specific device, which
converts the motive power into electrical power for the utilization in an external circuit. This
pedal operated power generator was designed and fabricated to be cheap, simple, durable and
simply and easily maintained. It was fabricated by utilizing the local sourced materials and is
intended in the encouragement of local empower and ingenuity aspiring entrepreneurs especially
in those countries that are developing.

CE 2.2.3 My area of work
I was the member of the project team of power generator with pedal operation. I made
sure that the project was perfect and successful. I had worked under the supervision of my team
leader and head of the department. My team leader divided the complete project amongst all the
team members equally. In the first position, I had several doubts for the project. However, under
the supervision of the head of the department and team leader, all my doubts were cleared and I
understood the entire project perfectly. I understood the entire concept of pedal operated power
generator easily and completely from this particular project.

CE 2.2.5 My responsibilities throughout the project
I had undertaken significant research on the project study. I had implemented the project
design and fabrication of the pedal operated power generator. Then, I had checked the processes
that are needed for this particular project work. I had customized, tested, assessed as well as
again tested these particular products. My major responsibility was the writing part of the project
reports and also documenting the most important data into the report. I had even interpreted and
analyzed the project data for designing and fabricating of the main project. My involvement in
the project was from designing until the completion of the work. I made sure that the project
study was done perfectly.
