The opportunity or the target of the application that is being built is the citizens of Australia and the customers who are associated with the bank. The goal of this project is to evaluate the estimated schedule, the total time taken to complete the project, the scope that is included for designing the project, and lastly deploying the mobile application in the banking firm. The software that is to be implemented is to go through software development life cycle that includes phases like planning, analysis of the requirements, designing, developing, testing as well as implementing the application and the last phase is closing of the project.
