I submit here with a proposal in support of a mobile application entitled “Alaycare Mobile App”
to developed under the direction of Baptist Care Company. This application is innovative notion
to develop technological activity for clients and service delivery. The app is able to secure data
in cloud and develop the communication process and productivity for the organisation. This
application is capable to work in mobile and computer ( Android and IOS) compatibility. With
the help of this technique the firm can access client data from cloud and monitor staff case notes
and report. The concept behind developing this app is to deliver client centric data, offer
effective care system and provide workforce with real time data and services delivery so that
firm can perform its responsibilities in effective way.

Within this project the information will cover about the development of a mobile application.
The document will capture data about background of the project, app development, proposed
solution, cost analysis and strategic alignment & IT strategies. Moreover, this document would
be addressing the value proposition, along with other advantages of application, as well as

requirement of infrastructure in terms of designing this app and ensure its internationalisation.
Further, the report will define social media promotion of tool, its risk management, deployment
plan of action and maintenance of the application amongst other elements.
