organization that can help to provide new ideas and process to run business. For running
any business there is need to focus on demonstration skills that being useful to bring

performance review, recording information, dispute resolution etc.
Introduction

For developing the KPI in organization for the staff there is need
to consider KPI's need targets which will suit, then make sure
performance gaps are accurately displayed in KPI graphs,
needed to have right kind of conversation about KPI results and
last is focuses on performance improvement by providing
training and learning program to employees which can help to
improve the organizational performance.
How to develop KPIs for their staff

How to provide feedback to under performers,
including possible dismissal action
For providing feedback to under performer managers should ask questions, avoid
emotional confrontation, be prepared, be specific share their feedback with
them. In initially, after telling feedback there is need to provide training and
learning program that can help to understand where is the gap and how it can
be filled. After providing this, if employee is doing same mistakes then needed
to take decision of termination and rejection.
