1.1- Agree needs of learners for whom resources are being developed
There are several aspects which can be impacted on the learners ambitions, needs,
decision making, ability and approaches of learning such as social, cultural, institutional
aspects and personal barriers. Through this they also able to access the information, skills and
knowledge in effective manner. In respect of this, it is essential that teacher must provide
lecture in common language at initial stage so that learner understand the concept in proper
manner, in this it is not necessary to use English. According to the perspective of Gorard,
See, and Davies (2012), that there are some situation arise in which students not able to
understand perspective of teachers due to which students feel demotivated, confused as well
as frustrated. In this situation students not able to clear their doubts because they have fear
that teacher will not respond or they scold them that why they will taught same topic again
and again. Moreover they also feel uncomfortable because other will stare them while they
ask question to teacher. These are main negative aspects due to which student not able to
attain their desire grades because they not able to clear their confusion properly which impact
on their study.
Along with this, there are some learner who need to have special educational need
(SEN) or disability that may prevent them from attaining its desire goal. A student may
experienced issues in cope with classroom lessons, activities, homework and many more
which was conducted by teacher. Due to this there may situation arise in which learner get
frustrated as they think that he/ she is not appropriate like other. This will also impact on the
moral as well as motivation level of student which also affect their grades. In addition to this,
student will also think that they are not much appropriate like their co students as they are not
facing issues in understanding lesson but he or she is experiencing.
Furthermore, aspect which impact student is that they may struggle from the literacy
as well as numeracy which will affect the situation in which they can get high grade in order
to get appropriate or dream job. But there are some students who have proper facilities which
help them in conducting appropriate study along with extra revision at home so that get high
grade. In some situation teacher also do discrimination by support other students instead of
those who required which impact on their motivation level. Furthermore sometime situation

arise in which student have financial issues due to which they not afford tuition which impact
on their study as well as grades.
According to the perspective of Gravel and Simpson (2010), every leader are not
same as their perspective, learning preferences and skills are different such as one leaner can
be visual learner which can learn things by seeing it visually. On the other hand, another
learner can be auditory learner who can learn things by hearing whereas last type of learner is
kinaesthetic learner who leader by conducting things in practical way. There are several
situation in which learners preferred more then one learning situation that depend on their
learning power as well as situation for attaining the desire goal and target.
By analysing this it can be determined that in order to being an effective learner they
need to have several resources such as good and experienced teacher, availability of
computer, proper school/ university or colleges and many more. This is so because through
that they able to develop their career in effective manner as well as it also aid in developing a
successful and effective future by getting dream job with handsome package.
1.2- Prepare resources for the delivery of learning and development ensuring legislative and
organisational health, safety, welfare, equality and inclusion requirements are met
Each and every company has its own policies as well as procedures which are
necessary to follow by their employees in order to maintain effective environment of
workplace. As per the perspective of The Personal School and FE College (2020), legislation
are essential to follow because that proper policies as well as procedures will help in
safeguarding learners. This will be possible as it will provide proper guidelines in order to
develop effective safe as well as healthy workplace environment where ever learner get equal
opportunities. In respect of my case there are several important policies, code of practices and
legislation which I need to abide by instance such as I must make sure that I need to follow
health and safety policies. This is so because that will help in make sure that every person is
safe as well as it also help in ensuring that children and other practitioner are safe by
following all legal aspects in proper way. Moreover, I also follow Designate Safeguarding
Leads (DSL) in respect of that I conduct proper risk evaluation before my student enter the
class so that no miss-happing will happen with them. In addition to this I also do evaluation
in afternoon in order to ensure that no hazard will happen to student which impact on their
life.

In addition to this, I also follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Group Act which is
introduced in 2006 and Children Act 1989 in order to ensure that I safe guard children as well
as I also ensure that I protect children from any kind of harm as well as abuse situation. It will
help me in picking up signs of the early abuse which may happen to child and I also follow
our policy that reported in my designated safeguarding leads (DSL) and it also provide me to
conduct proper paper work related to the investigation and accordingly I develop strategies.
In addition to this I also follow equality and diversity Act which is introduced in 2010 in
order to treat each and every children equally as well as it also help me in ensuring that every
student is getting equal opportunity without any discrimination. I do this because I want that

(GDPR) 2018 in order to protect personal as well as private information or student like name,
date of birth , picture, contact details, parent's income and many others. This will help me in
ensuring that personal information of students are not misused by any person for illegal work.
In respect of this I save all information in my computer at office which is secure by strong
password.
Moreover, I also have my boundaries related to my teaching role which immensely

through it I also able to enhance their potential successfully.

In my nursery class there are several instances due to which I meed to adapt different

studies. It is determined that in order to catch attention of learners visual as well as hearing
impairments which include several aspects such as printed picture or worksheet on A3 and
A4 paper, their must be consistent size of font so that learner can see it properly without any

include learning environment this will possible by downloading podcast of Power point
presentation as well as I also plan lesson in audio in order to make study more easy as well as
interesting for learners.
In addition to this, I also develop numbers of resources for my learner such as flash
cards which has pictures of task, object or command, then I hole punch it as well as put it on
a lanyard so that learner can access it quickly and easy. For example in order to tell learner
that it is lunch time I show flash card of lunch as well as before and after it I show then
washing the hand flash cash so they wash hand in proper way. This will help in ensure about

sheets, handouts, power point presentation, text books and many more. Through these
resources I able to create effective learning environment for learners which attract then and
encourage to be focused on study at class. According to me, I involve both tradition as well
as modern style of teaching as involve online video, text books, handbooks, power point
presentation and so on which is considered as modern way of teaching. On the other hand
white board is determined as the traditional way of teaching. Through this I able to encourage
my learner to be focus on their studies.
The whiteboard which is considered interactive tool allow learners to utilize it in the
numbers of ways as well as in this pen will used to focus and engage learners in learning

activities. In learning process books are considered as traditional style of learning which
provide effective information to students in order to enhance their skills and abilities. The
books generally contain topics related to the course. But currently teacher are opting power
point presentation which is modern methods of learning as well as it also help in drawing
attention of learner. Through power point presentation and book learning process can be
conducted on continuous basis as well as it also provide proper information to learner about
their topic. Along with this there is worksheets which are used to determine if the learner is
understanding the lesson in proper manner or not. By this teacher can identify weak part of
the students according to which they can conduct improvement activities in effective manner.
It is essential for the teachers to adopt best methods for conducting learning process as that
will enhance learners effectively successfully.
The effectiveness of personalised resources for every learners as that help learners to
understand whether they are lacking according to which they can develop improvement plan
in effective manner. This is essential to conduct because it is natural that every student
learning capacity is different as well as they may also have different ambition according to
which learning plan need to develop, these activities can be in the form or information,
speech, writing and so on. Resources which can be download such as e book, power point
presentation, work sheet, work documents, podcast and so on have several advantages such as
it is easily accessible, it is flexible to study as well as it can be access through phone, iPad,
laptop and so on whether internet connectivity is provided. On the other hand disadvantages
of this is it need to update on the regular basis so that students get proper information related
to the course. Moreover there are several resources of learning such as power point
presentation which is not easily accessible by some students due to some software this may
impact on their learning process. Similar to this other resources also have positive as well as
negative aspects such as work sheet may easily downloaded through internet connectivity
which save time but when students only prefer work sheet motivation level of teacher get
decreased as well as it also leads to laziness among teachers.
According to my nursery class I generally adopt equality and diversity procedure in
which every students need to treated equally as well as I also ensure that no discrimination
will conducted with any students on the basis of colour, age , background, culture and so on. I
also ensure that every student get equal opportunity for the success and growth. In order to
encourage learners I opt different resources which show equality and diversity such as

learn things and how to operate that will help teachers, students and learners in order to attain
their desire gaol successfully. It will also help in determining which resources of teaching
must be used in specific situation as well as it also help learner who have special educational
autism, requirement and hearing impairments. In this they generally offer guidance for
teacher so that they use resources in effective way so that student can enhance their skills and
abilities. It is also essential that a person must adopt policies and procedure so that they can
conduct all activities within the boundaries as well as it also help in ensuring all practices are
conducting in legal manner. In this it is essential to follow health and safety guidelines in
order to ensure that no student or learner can get harm from the any learning activities neither
in mental nor physical manner. In this it is essential that organisation also follow rules and
regulation for maintaining the health as well as well being of the learners and students in
order to avoid harm of individual.
Furthermore, when a person develop the resources they need to considered several
primary aspects which ensure the learner's health as well as safety and in respect of this
several factors need to considered such as learning preferences, need and like of learner, style
and many more. This will leads to using of resources in effective manner so that it will help
in attainment of desire goal, target as well as ambitions in best manner and operations related
to it are done in best manner. This process of developing resources may take months or years
in order to develop due to which it is essential to develop as well as it can be implemented in
several situation take place at the workplace. In order to implement resources it is not
necessary for organisation to buy several resources so that they can cater to every learners

1.5- Evaluate the suitability of resources for learning and development
In order to enhance skills and abilities of the teacher, there is a rule in our institutes
according to which at the end of every session learner need to provide us honest feedbacks.
This session is conducted in order to evaluation about teachers, their skills and resources
which they provide to students for improvement. Through this process we (teachers) able to
determined our strengths as well as weakness according to which we can develop proper
strategies and plans in effective manner. It is essential to us to enhance our skills and abilities
because through that we can help our learners to attain their desire goal in career in effective
manner.
In respect of this feedback sheets are given to the learner in order to provide feedback
so that I can conduct improvement accordingly. This will the opportunity for my learners that
they display gratitudes as well as concern about resources and methods which I used to teach
them. On every Friday I attend pre scheduled meeting in order to discuss with my internal
professionals whether I meet the target, standard and effectiveness of teaching through
difference resources or not. Along with this external verifiers like Ofsted and special
education needs team (SENCO) evaluate my performance and feedback provided by others as
well as then accordingly they provide suggestions to me that how can I enhance my skills,

necessary to follow by a company or any institutions in order to conduct their business

instance. Below some of the national legislation and organisational policies are mentioned
below:-

to when developing and creating resources because the learner must be at the focal point and
their needs, preferences and safety must be always adhered to. The resource should cater to
learners with learning needs, physical needs, speech delay etc. as every learner must be
catered to and thought about because the equality act states that no individual should be
discriminated against.
The discrimination act likewise states that we cannot directly or indirectly discriminate
against any individual or a certain group but rather be welcoming, inclusive and loving
towards each and every individual. When it comes to developing resources and making them
the teacher must think about meeting every learners needs, preference and interests as they

position which is degrading or harmful themselves. The safeguarding policy is to protect the
learner as well as themselves from any harm that may occur and to make sure that no harm
happens to the learner as this is the teacher’s main priority. Ultimately, the teacher must
follow their confidentiality, safeguarding, general data protection regulation and privacy
policy which is to make sure that the learners are safe and satisfied and only disclose
information if is of a harmful nature or illegal matter in which case they must report it
according to the organisation policies to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL).

will help in protecting rights of every individual and it also minimize the chance of

essential to considered several things such as capabilities of learners, availability of computer
for educational activities, different packages of courses, programmes, expertises and many
more. It is essential to conduct evaluation of these aspects because that will in decision
making for the proper learning and development activities or resources. The capability of the
developer, availability of the technology and facilities for instance, are the facilities available
that are being developed by the teacher. Moreover it may also include several other aspects
such as website are they accessible and available to all learners, current problems that might
be experienced by the learners for instance do they have the facility of computers, laptop,

well as classrooms are secure and supervised by the proper security system in computer
which has strong password. This is so because through that individual personal information
can be secure and it also block any type of theft or misuse of information. In this process
