MAIN BODY
1.1- Agree needs of learners for whom resources are being developed
There are several aspects which can be impacted on the learners ambitions, needs,
decision making, ability and approaches of learning such as social, cultural, institutional
aspects and personal barriers. Through this they also able to access the information, skills and
knowledge in effective manner. In respect of this, it is essential that teacher must provide
lecture in common language at initial stage so that learner understand the concept in proper
manner, in this it is not necessary to use English. According to the perspective of Gorard,
See, and Davies (2012), that there are some situation arise in which students not able to
understand perspective of teachers due to which students feel demotivated, confused as well
as frustrated. In this situation students not able to clear their doubts because they have fear
that teacher will not respond or they scold them that why they will taught same topic again
and again. Moreover they also feel uncomfortable because other will stare them while they
ask question to teacher. These are main negative aspects due to which student not able to
attain their desire grades because they not able to clear their confusion properly which impact
on their study.
Along with this, there are some learner who need to have special educational need
(SEN) or disability that may prevent them from attaining its desire goal. A student may
experienced issues in cope with classroom lessons, activities, homework and many more
which was conducted by teacher. Due to this there may situation arise in which learner get
frustrated as they think that he/ she is not appropriate like other. This will also impact on the
moral as well as motivation level of student which also affect their grades. In addition to this,
student will also think that they are not much appropriate like their co students as they are not
facing issues in understanding lesson but he or she is experiencing.
Furthermore, aspect which impact student is that they may struggle from the literacy
as well as numeracy which will affect the situation in which they can get high grade in order
to get appropriate or dream job. But there are some students who have proper facilities which
help them in conducting appropriate study along with extra revision at home so that get high
grade. In some situation teacher also do discrimination by support other students instead of
those who required which impact on their motivation level. Furthermore sometime situation

arise in which student have financial issues due to which they not afford tuition which impact
on their study as well as grades.
According to the perspective of Gravel and Simpson (2010), every leader are not
same as their perspective, learning preferences and skills are different such as one leaner can
be visual learner which can learn things by seeing it visually. On the other hand, another
learner can be auditory learner who can learn things by hearing whereas last type of learner is
kinaesthetic learner who leader by conducting things in practical way. There are several
situation in which learners preferred more then one learning situation that depend on their
learning power as well as situation for attaining the desire goal and target.
By analysing this it can be determined that in order to being an effective learner they
need to have several resources such as good and experienced teacher, availability of
computer, proper school/ university or colleges and many more. This is so because through
that they able to develop their career in effective manner as well as it also aid in developing a
successful and effective future by getting dream job with handsome package.
1.2- Prepare resources for the delivery of learning and development ensuring legislative and
organisational health, safety, welfare, equality and inclusion requirements are met
Each and every company has its own policies as well as procedures which are
necessary to follow by their employees in order to maintain effective environment of
workplace. As per the perspective of The Personal School and FE College (2020), legislation
are essential to follow because that proper policies as well as procedures will help in
safeguarding learners. This will be possible as it will provide proper guidelines in order to
develop effective safe as well as healthy workplace environment where ever learner get equal
opportunities. In respect of my case there are several important policies, code of practices and
legislation which I need to abide by instance such as I must make sure that I need to follow
health and safety policies. This is so because that will help in make sure that every person is
safe as well as it also help in ensuring that children and other practitioner are safe by
following all legal aspects in proper way. Moreover, I also follow Designate Safeguarding
Leads (DSL) in respect of that I conduct proper risk evaluation before my student enter the
class so that no miss-happing will happen with them. In addition to this I also do evaluation
in afternoon in order to ensure that no hazard will happen to student which impact on their
life.
