Overview of task
Marketing communication is defined as channels and tool that is used by organisation for
communicating message to desired market, people, business regarding their products and
services in appropriate manner (Abdullah, Hanafiah and Hashim, 2013). The given organisation
is based on Radisson Blu which is hospitality sector operating in hotel industry. The main idea of
given task is to analyse various marketing campaigns for creating awareness among consumers
regarding goods, brands, services, products and so on. It is very important for organisation to use
proper marketing campaigns for their business so that maximum number of consumers are
reached to accomplish goal and objectives. The respective organisation provide high quality
services of hotels to their consumers in appropriate manner. For situational analysis, SWOT has
conducted to know about internal and external strong and weak point of business. It has
segmented economic status people and targeted upper as well as middle section of population for
positive outcomes.
For marketing campaigns, it has used various types of tools such as public relations,
sponsorships, sales promotion, personal selling, social media, direct marketing and so on (Chang
and Rieple, 2013). In order to do marketing campaigns, they have set objectives and work
accordingly. With help of provided marketing campaigns, the respective organisation can
accomplish goal and objectives in best possible manner for positive outcomes. It is essential for
business to do innovation along with using effective channels of communication to create
awareness among consumers and people to avail services and products. Therefore, the main aim
of given task is to identify proper marketing campaign for Radisson Blu so that there is rise in
customer base. This file has made on basis of previous one which has covered various types of
marketing campaigns, objectives, time management and personal skill set.
