INTRODUCTIONDevelopment is necessary for everyone because by it, an individual, team andorganisational are able to attain their goal and objective in an effective manner along with thisthey also able to identify opportunities. Along with this, an organization need to developthemselves on regular basis so that they can grow and improve knowledge of team which alsoleads to enhancement of individuals, skills and knowledge in effective manner (Blandford,2012). Organisation taken for this report is High town Housing Association, which wasestablished in year 1960 and registered on 19th July 1967. It is a charitable housing associationwhich is operating its operations and functions across Ireland and United Kingdom. Topicscovered in this assignment are knowledge, skills and behaviour which are required by HRprofessionals as well as it include factors which must be considered while implementing learningand development. Moreover, it includes knowledge and understanding which are required forHPW and various factors which help in enhancing organisation situation. TASK 1P1 Determine appropriate and professional knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required byHR professionalsHigh Town Housing Association is charitable housing association and it is necessary fortheir HR manager to improve their skills and knowledge so that they can understandrequirements and need of organisation as well as employees. This will also help them inidentifying and grabbing their career opportunities in effective manner (Belbin, 2012). If HRprofessional or any other employees enhance their knowledge on timely manner then they will beable to accomplish work in effective manner as well as able to stay at particular work for a longtime. There are several skills and knowledge which are required by an individual if they want tobecome HR Professional of High town Housing Association, some major skills, behaviour andknowledge are mentioned below:- Skills: It is one of the essential requirement when a person desire to develop their careeras a HR professionals. Degree and skills of a person is equally important when a personwant to develop themselves as a HR professional. Necessary skills which are required byHigh town Housing Association's HR professionals are good communication andunderstanding skills so that they can communicate all essential information in appropriate

and effective way as well as understand employees situation in proper manner which helpin developing strategies and plans. Along with this they also required good skill ofanalysis so that they able to develop strategies and plans in effective manner which leaderto attainment of goal successfully. Knowledge: It refers to facts and information known by an individual on a particular andit can be generate thorough various sources such as books, journals, magazines, internet,blogs, articles, communicating other, lecture, observation and many more. It can also begenerated through life experiences of a person (Pakdil and Leonard, 2014). Such as tobeing a HR professionals an individual required to conduct Masters In Businessadministration during which they practical as well as theoretical knowledge. In respect ofHigh town Housing Association their hire those individual as a post of HR manager whohave various knowledge such as related to policies, HR terms, rules and regulation, workprocess and many more. Behaviour: It refers to behaviour of a person in front of some other individual or inparticular situation or condition. This is so because a professional person need to behavein effective manner and according to the situation so that they can handle situation inappropriate and effective way. HR manager of High town Housing Association are veryknowledgable and skilled as well as they also know how to behave in effective manner inparticular situation. Along with this they know that they have to treat every employeesequally so that they feel motivated and connected. So it is essential for an individual to improve their KSB (Knowledge,Skills andBehaviour) which help in developing their career as a Human resource professionals.
