An organisation is a combination of multipleunion of groups, teams, departments etc. Apart from this there are some people works as anindividual to guide, lead and support its staff members and teams. Development andimprovement require in at every level. This concept is able to explain about developingindividual, team and organisation. HSBC, TESCO, Royal Dutch Shell, Aviva are the largecorporate sectors which works in multiple groups and teams. Aviva public limited company'scorporate environment is taken to elaborate this concept.TASK 1P1 (a)Proper knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSB) that are required by HR professionalsEligible and skilled employees remain prime requirement for any organisation. In largeorganisations there is HR department is made which helps in providing employees toorganisation.
