INTRODUCTION
Developing individuals refers as learning about the individual’s problems and
solving their generic problems in various situations one by one. It about understands on
deeper levels both the theory and practice of what they or we do. Through developing
individuals, the organization will drive towards success. The report is based on High
town Housing Association. The report will determine professional knowledge, behaviors
and skills that are required by the HR professionals in an organization. The studies will
analysis the personal skills audit for identifying the appropriate KSB’s. Furthermore, the
studies will analysis the difference between individual learning, development and
training. A detailed professional development plan will be able to set out training and
learning goals in relation with the learning cycle. The CPD is very important as this
assist person in developing itself in accordance with all latest changes and grow
professionally. Then, the report will demonstrate an understanding of how HRW
contributes towards competitive advantage and employee engagement in context of the
organization. Lastly, it will evaluate various approaches to performance management
and also demonstrate with examples about how organization can support high
performance commitment and culture.

a) Appropriate behaviors, skills and knowledge requires for carrying out my role as HR
advisor in High town Housing association
Knowledge, skills and behavior refer as theoretical and practical knowledge of
the subject through education or experiences. This is the information, facts and skills
required to perform a specific job role.
For carrying out my role as HR advisor following requirements should be meet -
Education - MBA in Human resource management from the recognized university or
Equivalent degree to MBA is acceptable.

Experience - The HR advisor in Hightown Housing should have minimum of 3 years’
experience as a HR assistant in a recognized organization.
Skills and knowledge - HR advisor should have good oral communication skills as
they have to respond to telephones calls and emails. The written communication skills
of HR advisor should also be good as they are responsible to prepare the letters,
proposals and emails that should be precise and clear.
HR advisor should have basic knowledge of computer in order to implement the
HR software in Hightown Housing.
Teamwork and collaboration
Leadership skills for providing guidance to the employees,
Workers compensation and Conflict resolution skills
HR advisor should know how to do performance management in Hightown
Housing.
They should know how to do time management.
To finish the tasks of Hightown Housing on timely basis.
Creative skills are needed for introducing new polices which are favorable for the
organization.
In case of Hightown housing association the HR advisor is responsible for
various tasks. Firstly, the work is to report the HR business partner in organization for
providing them effective, comprehensive and strategic services for ensuring that the
Hightown housing association delivers the people strategy. HR advisor work is to
support the senior’s manager in matters such as absence management, terms and
conditions, employee relation and performance management (Zucchelli, Nori and
Giusberti, 2018). There work is to give advice on the capability, grievance, disciplinary
and whistle blowing and to address the Hightown procedures and policies. HR advisor
is responsible for investigate the learning and meetings and to advice the managers on
strategic related issues. They have to support and assist the organization for managing
the team changes, reduances, relocations, restructures and transfer. HR advisor has to
ensure that the staff shows supportive behavior. They also have to remain updated with
the Employment laws for regulating the statutory requirements and compliance in the
