Contribution of HPW in employee engagement and gaining competitive advantage in business If there is clear structuring them information of one department can be passed easily to the next department which improves communication and help in completing the work of person properly without any issue. HPW elements makes the job of person more interesting, as if goal of Hightown housing association is clear to all employees then they will be more focused and will contribute well in achieving that goal. Approaches of PM are described as below: Comparative approach It is the method which ensures to compare performance of two people in the organisation.
