INTRODUCTIONDeveloping teams individual and organisation needed to every company to sustainableperformance of organisation. With development of team and individual, organisation willalso develop with opportunities.Whirlpool is a public limited organisation which wasfounded in 1911 in United States. It is very big corporation which spread worldwide with92000 employees. Its major products are home appliance. It is important to developing teamas well as individuals, for development of the organisation. Human resource team works forlearning and training of the employees. This file will include major points regardingbehaviour, knowledge, skills required by the human resource professional, factors whichconsider to implementing and evaluating learning and development to drive sustainablebusiness performance. High performance work and employee engagement affect to theorganisation for competitive advantage. This file will consider that how communicationskills, collaborative work affects high performance work and culture of the organisation(Bolden,2016).LO1P1 Determine appropriate and professional knowledge, skills and behaviours that are requiredby HR professionals.In Whirlpool the role for HR many skills and knowledge are required. Need for bestcommunication skill and being polite with the entry level employee to high level employee.Communication skills are mainly important because they have to hire employees, givepresentation and deal with critical decision making process(Goodwin and et.al.,2014). Skill tolearn something new and work with more efficiency in the organisation because they have totake decision regarding salary of the employee so it is their responsibility to satisfy theemployees with their best. They provide information to the employees and mediator betweenthe low and upper level employees. They required understanding the employees and theirneeds and also having to understand their reaction about any talk. It is responsibility ofhuman resource team to motivate the employees regarding work, tell them about incentives,extra income etc. From these employees consider the work and give their best to make aprofitable organisation. Motivation also active the employees and attract them for highperformance of work with engagement. High performance work helps Whirlpool to stable in

the competition and make competitive advantage. Motivate employees how to do something.Understand the best market opportunity and take action to catch it before it willgo(Liljenberg,2015). Human resource management have to being backbone of the organisation and thispower will be built by their good knowledge and experience. Strength makes confidentperson and strength comes through skills and knowledge. Having good skills and put it to thewelfare of the organisation. Every strategy has an alternative make a good choice for thedecision making. Alternatives also help to catch the best opportunity in the market and movetoward competitive advantage. An HR person needs to understand the body language,attitude, knowledge of the candidate who comes for interview. Work in team is good for theorganisation instead of work alone. This job requires an alternative thinking about new ideasto achieve the goal of organisation. It requires creative thinking and something new. Behaviour-Solution oriented- They need the Quality of solution oriented. Quality of solve the problemwith team work and prefer to solve any critical decision. There behaviour like they are readyto solve problem of others.Role model- Work of the HR needs to be a role model for the other employees from whichthe other employees learn something and motivate won self.Decisive thinker- Human resource management have ability to do something and decisivethinker because they have many works and in it they needs to be think more and generatenew ideas.KnowledgeLaws and policies- A HR person have to know about the laws and policies of theorganisation so that they give responsibilities to others.Ethical approach and technology- Ethics plays an important role in the organisation and withit technology also p[lay a main role. HR person have to linked up with new technologieswhich they provide yo the organisation.
