INTRODUCTION
Every business needs to focus on each and every individuals, team and organizations.
Development of individual in a continuous way is very essential for the organization. Through
appropriate developing individual method, the entire individual can get the right guidance how to
develop skills & knowledge properly. HR professional of the company is responsible in the
growth and development of the individuals, group members which can lead the development of
the organization. HR professional is liable to arrange the training & development session for
each & every individual employees so that all the employees can provide their best efforts in the
growth of the business. This report discuss about the developing individual , group of Burberry
which is famous British luxurious fashion house that established in 1856 by the Thomas
Burberry and the headquarter of this organization situated in London , UK. This company is
mainly providing accessories, clothing, cosmetic and other items. This report will discuss about
the professional knowledge, skills & behavior that is required by the HR professionals. This
report identifies the personal skill audit and conduct personal development plan. This report also
analyzes the difference between the individual & organization learning and training &
development. Continuous learning & professional development also consider and how HRW
provide contribute in the employees engagement .Lastly, this report recognize the various
approaches of the performance management.

Every organization requires the involvement of HR professional who can maintain the
activities of their employees. HR professional can play various role and responsibility like
recruitment & selection, orientation programmed, training and development program,
compensatory benefits, performance appraisal and many more (ALimam, 2017). HR professional
is required to have various skills, knowledge and behavior so that they can play their role
effectively. Burberry is famous luxurious fashionable brand which is concerned about their
managers and employees. HR professional of the Burberry required various skills knowledge and
behavior which are explained below -

Knowledge
HR professional should be more knowledgeable person because they are responsible for or
the development of the employees of the organization. HR professional of the Burberry require
good knowledge about core HR activities so that they can effectively deal with the individuals
and group members and determine their success which improve the productivity of the firm. HR
professional of the Burberry should have knowledge about various things which are given
below-
Strategic hiring & selection - HR professional should have to know about strategic
hiring process which can help full to higher fresh and best talent from the market. With
the help of strategic hiring and selection, HR professional of the Burberry can recruit top
talent and provide them advanced level training sessions so that they can retain in the
company for the longer period of time (Awwad and Akroush, 2016).
Employee’s engagement & retention - HR professional also need to aware about the
importance and effectiveness of employee engagement. With the help of appropriate
