INTRODUCTION The role and importance of the skills is one of the important and valuable part of the life as it enables the individual to achieve the desired goals and objectives in the organisation. Human resource department of the organisation is responsible for the development training and recruitment of the employees in the organisation. It is not possible for any employees of the organisation to have knowledge of the work and also the working skills so it becomes the core function of human resource management of the organisation to provide proper training and development of the organisation. It is British multinational organisation of the world which has conducted their business in retail industry of United Kingdom. The product portfolio are very diversified as the management of the company offers number of beauty, health home care and different types of product range which helps to satisfied the dynamic needs of the customers.
