INTRODUCTION
The PPT presentation being made is reflective and will
analyze the skills and attributes required by the managers
of Hilton Hotels by HR managers. Being a manager of
Hilton Corporation which is one of the biggest chain of
hospitality industry in the UK, the presentation will
conduct personal SWOT analysis , followed by developing
a personal development plan for one of the management
job roles. At last a reflective statement will be made
outlining own learning progress and acquiring skills while
