Developing professional practice is implementation of strategies and effective skills with an
ultimate goal to maximize knowledge and transfer of learning. Human resource professional is a
state of practicing good behaviour in order to handle other individuals efficiently (Dickerson and
Trodd, 2020). HR professional in their practice is guided by having as an HR professional. It is
essential for an individual to have right attitude in order to deal with other human beings. Present
report discusses about the role and contribution of an HR professional in organisation alone with
self-assessment to determine capabilities as an HR professional.

How to be an effective and efficient HR professional – written discussion
a) There are number of elements of group dynamics that HR manager can encounter such as
quality of communication, engagement, openness and conflict interaction. In today's
business world there are number of employees from diverse location, education
background, skills and knowledge that can create a situation of conflict (Rauner, 2021).
In addition to this it has been identified that as an HR professional there are number of
elements and factors prevailing in a business environment that can be encountered and
can create number of issues and problems. In this it is essential for them to overcome
these elements of group dynamics with the help of implementing efficient method as
techniques (Schultz, 2020). This will allow to conduct roles and responsibility of HR
professional in a well-defined and effective manner. This can be effectively solved with
the help of conflict resolution methods like developing plan to work on each conflict and
identifying points of agreement and disagreement. Along with this help of negotiation
and focusing upon issues while promoting collaboration in workplace environment the
situation can be effectively overcome. CIPD code of ethics mainly need all HR
professional to stay committed to a people and maintain the duties and behaviour set out
in a code of professional conduct. It has been evaluated that these publications are mainly
inclusive of practises, professional competence and ethical standard proprietary (Dowson,
2021). As an HR professional I am sure that I am having efficient within HR by
following all these duties with intense attitude where I am performing my role as an HR
professional. I demonstrate positive personality and efficient approach to motivate other
individuals. When employees ask advice for me, I efficiently assure to present an ethical

attitude which helps in driving them to complete any task. I also efficiently understand
that mistakes are inevitable and undertake strategies to address them. Being an HR
professional, I duly try as much as possible to be strategic in any task that I perform in
organisation and also apply my strategic decision making in order to solve problems,
developing department and process of accomplishing intended goals. Furthermore, it has
been evaluated that that the CIPD professional map is having a purpose to define the
building blocks of efficient practices in order to manage people. This prospective map
also offer flexibility to individual in order to select the area of focus subject to the area of
work role and career development ambition. CIPD professional map 2018 suggest that
purpose of individual profession is to effectively promote better work and working lives.

In terms with specialist knowledge, I have knowledge of diversity and inclusion and

with the help of promoting organisation development with the help of diversity and inclusion I
promote change. I also undertake use of my decision thinking ability to inspire other individual
and direct them towards attainment of organisational goals.

behaviour. I understand that being a large-scale organisation it is essential for company to

The continuing personal and professional development plan is helpful for keeping track of
several practical requirements that are utilised to improve supported evidence-based research. It
also contains an assessment of the need for personal development as a competent management in
the future. It is critical for me to continue to study and expand my knowledge in order to fulfil
the demands of the corporate environment and to demonstrate my capacity to engage in
advanced management (Figland, and et.al, 2019). Overcoming fears of disproving our own views
about ourselves and the universe by learning about others are huge challenges that I must always
be mindful of. Public feelings in this area have resulted in declining workplace impression; but,
as I aforementioned, the benefits of a more engaged attitude have been vital to my work and
family well-being. I have good and effective communication skills, which have helped me
improve all aspects of contact and my capacity to recognise current practises. It has also given
me the opportunity to improve my learning abilities. I have a few flaws, including assertiveness
in interpersonal skills, which makes managing job as an HR manager tough. I've participated in a
number of learning activities that have helped me improve these abilities. I've also dedicated a
significant amount of time to study and development, which has aided me in analysing learning
abilities. I've also devoted some of my time to overseeing the organization's continual efforts to
become more efficient and less bureaucratic. In order to do the work effectively, I've always
helped my subordinates and sought assistance from my seniors. As a manager, I am constantly
judged on my ability to keep up with current market trends and expectations in order to manage
commercial operations. I've also determined that in order to become a qualified manager, I'll

I've also enrolled in personal lessons, which have helped me track my progress and refocus on

strengths and opportunities for improvement. I completed the I child management programme in
order to examine known ways for motivating employees and improving corporate performance.
In my classroom, I've always strived to be the best. I've always been excited for new learning

HR manager in the future. I'm concentrating on increasing my overall
strength. Because I am very strong at communicating with others, and

Weakness Then I have a lot of strengths, but I also have a lot of weaknesses, such
as not being good at managing my time, which means that when I have a
lot of tasks to do at the same time, I can't manage my time well, which
causes me to feel stressed. As a result, I have to work slowly and am
unable to complete my task within the deadline. So, this is something I'll

have to improve on. Another flaw I've seen is that I'm deficient in my
anger, as I may quickly become unpleasant, which leads to interpersonal
issues.
Opportunities I may take advantage of a variety of chances that will assist me in
developing my strength. I believe that if I do my work on time, I will be
able to meet my goals and objectives. When I have various jobs to
complete, I can develop certain innovations in the company that will
help me advance in the organisation and form good relationships with
individuals.
Another advantage I can acquire if I focus on my behaviours is the
ability to control my anger and achieve more successful results when it
comes to behaving politely with others. If I can motivate staff, I'll have a
better chance of forming positive relationships with them.
Threats Then there are some threats that I might face in this line of work. As a
result, a large number of competitors are now attempting to become an
HR manager for any organisation. As a result, his preparation for this
post may pose a threat to me. Another threat is that when it comes to
picking individuals, I have to deal with too many obstacles and issues in
this field. As a result, if I am unable to make sound decisions, I will
become a threat to myself. If I do not have control over my anger, this
can become a threat to me.

According to a qualitative study, it has been determined that at work, a conflict resolution
approach has been formed that must be partnered with in the corporate environment. I've always
promoted my co-workers and staff to experiment with different learning methods. There are a
variety of approaches to managing guidance and enhancing the professional manner of
functioning. According to formal training in lifelong learning and attendance at standardised
conferences by attending various human resource conferences. It has also given me more
experience and ideas about how to deal with future human resource issues. As an independent
observer in the HR Department, I have made a number of observations. I've written down my
strengths and weaknesses and underlined the areas where I need to work harder in order to
improve my own abilities.

It's a moment for celebration when a project is completed, especially for project managers. While
acknowledging and celebrating hard effort is a vital part of project management, don't forget to

Reflection is the process of reflecting about events over a long period of time that are connected

The initiation phase of a project, in my opinion, is the phase that aids in the triggering of a
project process group. After the creation of the paperwork and the primary stages of the project
planning, this phase assures that the project can launch or begin working.
Project Planning Phase: According to my philosophy, the entire project progression phase
assures that a project is properly planned for execution and progression. It is a legitimate phase
in which it is clear how an entire project can fall apart and fail if it does not adhere to the initial

Project Execution Phase: The execution phase of a project, in my opinion, is where the delivery

Monitoring and controlling phase: Based on what I've learned from the PMBOK and Prince2, I
feel this is the project phase that interacts with all the others. This is to specify that all project
phases are being carried out in accordance with the phase planning defined at the start of the
project stages.
Project Closure Phase: I've discovered that at the conclusion of every project, a major project
phase is necessary to close all project stages and call the works done. This, I assume, is to ensure
that all project plans and constraints are met before declaring the task completed.

An approach to learning and practise development that is patient-centred and recognises the
ambiguity of the practise environment. It also provides the ability to establish a link between
theory and practise by providing a rationale for actions. It is used to reflect once their strengths,
weaknesses, and areas of development have been identified. Gibbs reflective cycle is one of the
easiest theories to put into practise and get started with reflective practises. Once you've become
used to it, you'll be able to focus on the evaluation, analysis, and planning phases in greater
detail, and your reflective writing will become even more incisive, probing, and detailed to
generalise the narrative description. Project management is the learned skill of achieving a
defined objective and success factors over numerous stages while adhering to a set of criteria in a
set amount of time. Project commencement, planning, execution, control, and project conclusion
are among the steps of the method. A project, according to the PMBOK, is an exclusive
endeavour undertaken for the purposes of developing a unique product or service for delivery to
clients. In this regard I think project management has to be effectively evaluated. Ethical
considerations, like any other code of conduct, should play an essential role in clarifying the day-
to-day activities of the behaviour and interactions in the project, in my opinion. It was not just
the Senior Managers who are required to follow the code of conduct for the method, but it also
assures that everyone involved in development, including consumers, providers, personnel, and

other team members, is operating ethically. It is, in my opinion, necessary for elevating the
profession and raising the project's future standards. Furthermore, the faith and trust are restored
as a result of the project team's ethically correct thinking. I believe that the project team can
lessen ethical limitations by taking morally responsible actions. I believe that the success of a
project is ensured by the use of effective construction methodologies and good ethical practices
that make sure that the project is creating best practises, utilising the necessary resources, and
managing the risk and adjustments that must be managed effectively. All of this, according to the
PMBOK and Prince2 theories, indicates that a project has a good chance of succeeding. At the
same time, this assures that the project is practical in terms of building or sustaining a positive
market reputation.
Outline your future revised plans for professional development
It's also crucial to keep track of and share what's spoken throughout the meeting. The outcome of
a project, particularly the areas where things went wrong, gives invaluable information from
