Introduction
In today world the skills are essentially important for achieving the success and
reaching the higher level of position in the organisation. There are the significant amount of
skills which are learned while doing the project with the team and working in a team project
gave the confidence and as well increased and enhanced my skills set there are the significant
amount to skills which assist in solving any of the problems occur in professional or in the
personal world. This skills set will boost my cv and the carer regardless of my degree this
kills will be used for the lifetime. I will be using all the skills in a constructive and effective
manner . there are the numerous skills which has been discussed below.

Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project?
There are the numerous skills which I learned during the project I gained knowledge
about distinctive things few skills are mentioned :
Problem solving skills : it is the most essential and important skill while working with the
team as the numerous problems can occur and make the path difficult so these skills are
essentially important and crucial for solving any sort of queries or the problem. Further to
solve the conflict and making the harmonious and balanced and peaceful bond with the team
members. Due to this and able to solve all the issue which has assists in solving all the
queries and this has promoted the creativity and team bonding as well coming with the new
and innovative ideas .
Communication: I also gained the knowledge how I can share the thoughts and ideas in a
constructive manner. Which increase and enhanced my efficiency level. This helped in
expressing my thoughts to my team members moreover this skills gave me confidence to
interact with my team members and sharing my ideas without facing any sort of problem
which will hamper my work .

I didn’t knew many of things how to bond with the team and share my thoughts as well
about the project in depth I didn’t know about the team management and this also the skills
which I learned which will definitely help me in career growth , moreover I was not aware
about many other skills such as time management I did not know how to manage my time
significant and in constructive manner before starting the project whereas with the starting of
a project I was aware about many skills from managing the time , solving the conflict and
other issues which occurs.
To what extent has your level of confidence improved?
My confidence got boosted and it shows the improvement as the encompassing the
knowledge surely gave me the confidence inside me as well as the skills gained also lead to
the boost in confidence and the skills strength enhanced my confidence moreover the
working in team made me confident around people in terms of sharing my thought and ideas
without hesitation as well as the skills which I learn has given me the boost and inherited the
self-confidence for my future use . the level of confidence has raised after the project and
significantly my skill set has given me the great amount of strength. The level also got raised
by leaving my comfort zone which I left and achieve the high level of confidence as the
confidence boosting method was tough but fruitful in the end as by leaving my comfort and
area where I was super confident has helped me in making the effective and constructive
decision and the level of confidence reached in higher level . as well working with the team
helped me in achieving the confident and applying strategies which will boost my skills and it
gave me the inner satisfaction and I was able to make the position in the team and my
confidence let me to do many things which will help my team as well it helped and assisted
me induvial .
How could you use your learning in your future career?
I can use this learning in the multiple ways whether it is professionally or personally
whereas the skills I gained will help me in professional world and make my path smoother
and easier to work while this will give me the sense of confidence towards my work however
the team management skills will boost the strength and it will make me adaptable to any sort
of situation while working with team and I also learned how to work in the team . while the

effective and efficient while working within the any kind of project. The learning and
development of na individual plays an important role in developing the skills. At the time of
the academic learning and completion of the project it is important that an individual is able
to develop the various kind of skills gaps. The skill gap is the various strategies and the
weakness of an individual which need to be improved so that the individual is able to achieve
the goals and objectives. The various skill gaps are discussed below:
Team management skills= this is the most important skill which is required to dve
developed in order to be effective and efficient while working for the development of
an individual. During my project based research I was able to manage my team but
this is the skill where I need improvement. There was the skill gaps which I able to
recognise at the time of the completion of the project is that I was not able to become
a proper team management because at times I was rude to my team members. So, it is
very important that an individual is able to develop the team management skill where
there is a lot of task which need to be reperformed. This plays a major role for an
individual in developing an effective ways in order to manage the team and complete
the task in the effective way.
Analytical skills- this is the skill which is related to the analytical part of solving the
issues and thinking in the different way. It is very important for individual to improve
over the analytical skill which is required at every point of time in the further studies
and development. This was the skill gap which was able to identify where there were
issues and it is essential that analytical skill plays a major role in completion of any
project whether in academic or further in the career development .
Decision making skills- This is the skill which is related to making the right deciion
for any situation or circumstances. It ism very important that this skill is developed in
order to be effective and efficient. This skill plays a major role in being the productive
for an individual. This was the skill gap which was found where an individual is not
able to make an effective decisions in the situation. It is very important to develop
