As a teacher, it is necessary to acknowledge good and bad aspects as it leads to overall
development within ways in which knowledge is being imparted to child. In this context certain
strengths, weaknesses and plan have been mentioned below that I can use to improvise my
capabilities to make sure that I meet the requirements of my child to whom I am liable for. They
