The setting of a contract would be entirely be based on the understanding and knowledge
acquired from Competence 6 Contract Management of the APM Competencies. A short-term
contract that would be set for the performing of project with the team are:

Commitments 1. The project work would be undertaken only if qualified team
members would be present.
2. Realistic and honest members involved in planning and
reporting of project schedule, project scope, scheduling, costing
and staffing.
3. Providing notification to other team members and sponsors
regarding any change processes.
4. Focusing over all aspects of the project.
5. Viewing the end results of the project leading to successful
outcomes

1. Keeping issues within the team unless indicated for discussion.
2. Open nature of communication and honesty during the team
