Selection of transferable skill
• I undertook the learning for various courses on the internet regarding the impact of ICT skills in
the current business. The skills helped me understand the importance of communication in a
business
• The proficiency in MS office allowed me to develop and prepare written as well as presentation
reports that made it easier to provide business results and certain financial matters.
• Another transferable skill that can be included is the understanding of the football game and the
player mentality that was learnt in the football county club Oxford United. This gives an
advantage of understanding player psyche.

• The skills of marketing that I learnt from my MBA degree allows the planning and development
process to be conducted effectively. Marketing knowledge can help me run the company
effectively by helping me understand the changes of the market scenario so that player values can
be administered easily.
