satisfied customers. An emotional impact has been triggered within the industry as

development and execution of business procedures by means of outstanding task
management. As the field of activity management has become more prominent, it
has been stressed that the outstanding work performed by authoritative
substances, including as directors and pioneers, may be evaluated to select the
most effective item systems for conforming to hierarchical stipulations. It is
anticipated that the operation of an Amazon association as well as its management
will be described in this study. In order to achieve authoritative goals in an easy and
convenient manner, Amazon needs to gain the upper hand in this cutthroat market
and adapt the actions of the association to the target of the association. It is the
major responsibility of the administration to take care of the general affairs of the
association, while the activity division is responsible for handling each of the
association's tasks to ensure that the association has the upper hand in any

organisation. They make it their responsibility to ensure that the members of

who is responsible for ensuring that the members of an organisation are

Leadership is the most important component of a company because it lays
