1DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALE COMMUNICATIONPurpose: Often people are seen to come across the phase called “Men are from Mars and womenare from Venus”. This famous statement had been accepted in the society as a largenumber of researchers have indeed found out differences between the thinkingprocedures and ways of reactions between the males and females (Darroch, 2014). Modern day studies have shown that there exist differences even in the communicationprocedures and styles of males and females. Therefore, this assignment will mainly beshowing the different features of the communication styles of both the gender that willhelp in gaining knowledge to all interested individuals.Introduction:Communication can be defined as the ways by which individuals are able to expressthemselves to other people in proper ways. This can be in the form of two ways. The first one is verbal procedure that takes place in the form of talking. The second one is called the nonverbal procedure where communication is done thoughwriting or through effective body language (Gilman, 2017).

2DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALE COMMUNICATIONBody:The differences that are present between the communication style between the males andfemales are as follows:1.One of the most important difference found among both the genders are the ways bywhich order is given:A.Women are seen to be soft spoken while ordering others and they believe inmaintaining harmony in relationships. They usually soften their demands as wellas statements (Dalton, 2017).B.Men, on the other hand are mostly seen to be direct in their approaches andstatements spoken by them are clearers than that of females.2.Another important arena where marked differences is found between both the gender isthe way they exchange emotions and information:A.Women are seen to connect through conversations. When a woman is seen to talk,she mainly tries to share her emotions and thoughts to others. Women are seen tobe more comfortable while talking about their feelings.B.Men are seen to connect through actions. Men do not believe in sharing emotionswith others. They are seen to connect with others through their ideas andsuggestions. They are mainly seen to avoid taking about their feelings. They areseen to be uncomfortable when talking about the feelings (O’keefy et al., 2017).
