INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the capability of the people or the team of people to impact and direct their
member of the team or to their followers in the company in order to accomplish certain
objectives in an effective manner (Reimer, 2022). Leadership includes taking several difficult as
well as sound decisions, making and directing the clear goals as well as positioning the
accomplish able targets by offering the members with the understanding of the tools required to
attain such organisational objectives. The following essay will cover about the different kinds of
leadership.
TASK
There are several kinds of leadership which the leaders can implement in its operations
in order to highly motivate their employees. These several leadership styles are Autocratic
Leadership style which permits the leader to enforce assumptions and define results. In this
style of leadership, the manager or leader takes several decisions without taking any opinion
from other members that are obliged to report the leader (Al-Malki, and Juan, 2018). Workers in
this leadership are not advised as well as not consulted earlier to the alteration in the guidance
and they are also anticipated to follow the decisions at the given time period as well as speed
specified by the manager. For instance, at the time when a leader in the company modified the
working hours for the several workers without asking anyone in the company, specifically the
impacted workers. In addition to this, it is one of the most ineffective leadership method. Various
companies currently cannot prolong this type of hegemonic culture in the company without
lowering the moral of the staff.
Moreover to this, another type of leadership that affects the working of the company is
Democratic leadership, as the name states it is similar to what it sounds like, the manager takes
several decisions that are totally based on the ideas, opinion and contribution of all the members
in the team (Blake, 2020). Though, it is the final call of the leader to make as all the worker have
given equal opportunity to provide their idea or contribution in the accomplishment of the goal.
This type of leadership is considered to be the effectual way of leadership as it permits the
workers that are functioning in the company at lower level in order to exercise authority,
managers will requires to utilise this leadership optimally in the future establishment which they
may hold. This also ensures that how several decisions in the company can be take in their board
