INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the role which is played by a leader in order
to lead the team mates so that organisational goal can be
accomplish. Management is a business activity which is performed
by a manager to manage and control the corporation.

CLASSICAL MANAGEMENT THEORY
Bureaucratic Management: This theory
has emphasis to operate the corporation under a
hierarchy of positions and in this each group of
staff has to report to a higher authority which
ultimately reaches the Chief Executive Officer of
company.
