Key drivers influencing digital workplace
According to Cho and Lee (2022) the digital transformation refers to the adoption
process that help to achieve desired strategic goals or objective of enterprise. It includes the
use of innovative things, constantly evolving the digital technologies to resolve complex
business problems in proper manner. The digital transformation can be influenced the
enterprise while considering the complex & multifaceted process. In some case, it helps the

it will be creating a strong team or group together. The author also said that increasing
demand of individuals and their intention to work within digitalize workplace, is considered
as driver that influence digital transformation.

communication is one of the major attribute that is impact the digital transformation at the
workplace. In order to improve the survival of long-running business process. It is highly
important for business to adopt the digital transformation and the major key influencer for
