social media platforms and efficiently target audiences. It has been determined that social
media marketing is an important platform for Next PLC to increase brand awareness and
retain its credibility while growing a strong customer base.
A significant number of people all around the world are using social media platforms,
which gives Next PLC a better chance to attract customers in different parts of the world.
Furthermore, it has been determined that by focusing on social media advertising, Next
PLC may emphasize excellent shopping experiences of customers and increase our
customers' confidence & loyalty to the company (Slavova, 2016). This will also assist
them in determining a direct influence on overall sales and profit. It is recommended that
Next Plc need to use display advertising , mobile marketing and also influencer
marketing in order to improve their promotional activities of their goods and services
(Yadav and Rahman, 2018).
