INTRODUCTION
The term digital marketing refers to an approach which is primarily based on internet and
it is utilised by an organisation to interact with target audience. There are different digital media
channels and platform exists that undertakes email marketing, search engine optimisation,
mobile marketing, analytics and many more (De Pelsmacker, Van Tilburg and Holthof, 2018).
The main aim of digital marketing is to formulate effective strategy that is used to interact and
connect with target customers. This report is based on Dark Woods coffee which is a wholesale
organisation that supply and offer coffee to restaurants, farm house, café and many other
organisations.
Products of Dark Wood Coffee
The firm provides grade coffees to its customers which comprises of cleaner and add
distinctive flavours in the products which are cheap as compare to other commercial coffee bean.
This is also because Dark Woods coffee roast’s its beans carefully by monitoring its process
from initial to last step of roasting beans. Moreover, they provide customers with Crow tree,
Arboretum Espresso, snow stone and Good morning sunshine (nutty and toasty flavours) etc.
