The proposed system should focus on the analysis of the skills and expertise of the end user
i.e. patient, providing data element definition table, easy accessing of the data retrieval,
development of the relational model for defining relationship between different entities such
as doctors, patient, administrator, housekeeping staff, pharmacy, and others, development of
the database with SQL language, functionality for updating the required information of the
patient on the database, accessing of the database through the integration of network support,
functionality to perform normalization operation (Campbell, 2010).
The ranking of the skills is provided to the activities undertaken to analyse the efficiency of
the expert which is represented in the following table (Grohol, 2008):

expert helps in the deployment of creative thinking in performing the operation like
manipulation, modification, insertion, deletion, copying, editing, updating, and others in the
database table.

The proposed system on electronic health record system helps in managing the reports
associated with the health and medical report of the patient. The database of the proposed
system helps in managing the electronic health records of the patient efficiently in the
database. The handling of the required information can be easily done with the retrieval of the
information from the database on demand of the user (Ryan and Thompson, 2015). The types
of reports which are stored on the electronic database are scanned document of the patient
based on previous prescription, blood reports of the patient, medical information, family
background, and other required clinical documentation. The patients have to manage his
account on the application software of the electronic health system. The successful
registration of the patient will asked to provide photographs of the disease affected area,
medical reports of the past prescription, appointment with the required doctor on the basis of
specialization, family background detail in case of emergency contact, and others (Benc,
2010). The updating function helps in uploading new scanned prescription of the patient
according to the requirement. The retrieval of acknowledgement from the doctor side helps in
notifying the patient that his case is under consideration. The clinical note from the doctor’s
end will be provided on the user profile to get treatment instantaneously (Bellika, Henriksen,
Hurley, Budrionis, Marco, Yigzaw, and Hailemichael, 2017). The database of the proposed
system helps in managing the electronic health records of the patient efficiently in the
database in the effective and efficient manner.

What is the feasibility report of the proposed project? Do you think that the proposal is
feasible or not? What possible problems or barrier do you foresee? What are the assumptions
made?

The feasibility report helps in measuring the quality of the outcome which is going to be
produced at the completion of the project.
Yes, the proposed project is feasible because the management of the central database helps in
managing sufficient information related to the patient health record for getting high quality
treatment from the experts. The required information of the patient can be fetched by the
experts within a fraction of second in the synchronized order. The development of the
electronic health record system helps in resolving various issues equipped with the
complexity in handling of health report in the synchronised order and fetching of relevant
record from the pool of report, no flexibility in updating the data, and time consuming
process.
The deployment of the feasibility process helps in emphasising on the limitation and gaps
which exist with the proposed project. There are some limitations with the proposed project
such as if the patient does not update his profile data than the wrong treatment can be
prescribed by the expert on the basis of his older reports. The expert can face complexity in
reading the x-ray report of the project (Nisar and Said, 2008). The effective working of the
project is based on some assumptions such as relevant data is provided by the patient for
check-up, the reports updated by the patient is drawn from the lab, regular updating of the
information on the portal on the basis of improvement, and other.
