appropriate manner. In the current assignment, the hospitality and industry is taken named as
Royal Nawab restaurant and it situated in London. They offer food facility to its customer in
order to increase brand image of company in front of them and achieving competitive advantage
over rivalries at Marketplace (Goh and King, 2019).
The main purpose of this restaurant is to increase experience level of customer in order to
achieve competitive edge at market place. Herein, the social media as well as mobile application
is considered as a main part of digital technology which is adopted by organisation as a
technique that help in generating awareness in front of customer at Marketplace. Both technique
adopted by company assists in connecting with set objective and achieves it in stipulated period
of time. In addition to this, there are various different tools of social media platforms such as
Instagram, Twitter and Face book and so on. All are determined as an important technique of
