3DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY ON MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP The classical type of leadership is also used by the Hazev, Haz and Tas. There are total three types of leadership styles are present which are the Laissez-Faire Leadership, Autocratic Leadership and the Participative Leadership. In this case the Hazev, Haz and Tas has used the autocratic type of leadership style. The autocratic leadership is the main reason behind that the employees works relatively better without the presence of their boss all the time. One of the main condition for the successful adoption of the autocratic leadership in the organization is parting a big task in some smaller groups(Laub, 2018)and the same thing has been actually done by the Hazev, Haz and Tas for implementing the autocratic type of leadership. Role of leader and different leadership styles: As mentioned above there are total three type of classical leadership styles. These three types of leadership style are the Laissez-Faire Leadership, Autocratic Leadership and the Participative Leadership. In this different types of leadership styles, the leaders plays some different types of role. In first case for the Laissez-Faire Leadership style minimal direction and supervision is provided from the end of managers to the staffs. In this leadership style well trained and efficient directors are chosen who works in the intermediate position of higher authority and the employees(Wong & Giessner, 2018). In this leadership style the main role of the leader is allowing the group members to take their own decisions. The leader need to create a comfortable environment for its employees. In this the leaders also need to provide training and support to their workers. Autocratic type of leadership is typical type of management style where only one person control all the decision of the organization while other plays a very small part. In this type of leadership the leader needs to take all the decision by his/her own and dictate all the process and methods. The participative type of leadership is management style that invites inputs from the end of employees for taking all the organization related decisions(Gandolfi & Stone, 2016). In such of the leadership style the main role of the leaders to ensure that all the employees are able to actively participate in the decision making process for the organizational decisions.

Mainly three type of management and leadership is used which are authoritarian, consensual and hands off. The Hazev, Haz and Tas chains uses all of this management and leadership styles for different kind of situation. In this case for maintaining the restaurant service qualities authoritarian type of management styles are used. The consensual type of management is used by this Hazev, Haz and Tas chains so that every employees of the organization is able to understand the performance of the organization(Bui, Jung & Camacho, 2018). The hands off type of management styles are used by this organization to take control over the employees as they also sells beverages in their bar section. Digital technology on internal and external management styles: The overall impact of the digital technology on the internal and external management styles are very much positive. The management style has been improved through the digital technology implementation. Currently using the digital technologies the management of Hazev, Haz and Tas chains is able to identify the key performance indicators for the organization. The management is also improving this key performance indicators that has improved overall performance of the organization. This has also made the restaurants more profitable and also the efficiency and productivity of the organization has been increased. Conclusion: From the above discussion it can be concluded that the digital technologies is very much important for almost every organization that are working in the current market and the Hazev, Haz and Tas chains are one of them. In this report how the restaurant managers of Hazev, Haz and Tas has implemented classical management and leadership has been assessed. In this aspect role of the leader in different types of leadership styles has been assessed. Management and leadership style in the Hazev, Haz and Tas chains is also assessed in this case. From the interview session it has been assessed that this technologies have a prior impact on the current management style of the organization which are investigated briefly here.
