Title: To investigate the impact of digital workplace transformation in improving the
performance of employees and managers.
INTRODUCTION
Background:
During the time of COVID any organization has faced setbacks and was not able to increase the
overall growth of the organization in positive manner. Along with this, for running the business
effectively in the competitive market it is necessary to make use of the technology as it is one of
the most effective strategy for improving the performance of employees. The present study has
been based on Tesco which is one of the famous British retail shop with the headquarter in
London.
Rational:
The present research is necessary to conduct as digital transformation is new concept in the
maker after pandemic and it has been growing day by day. Although investigating about this
topic will help in identifying the strategies related to digital workplace area and its impact on the
company.
Aim: To analyse the effect of digital workplace transformation on front line employees and
manager’s performance. A study on Tesco.
Objectives:
 To understand the concept related to workplace transformation
 To evaluate the relation of digital workplace transformation and employee’s
performance.
 To identify various strategies used by Tesco in order to build workplace transformation
effectively.
 To evaluate the challenges faced by company while doing workplace transformation.
 To recommend the best solution so that Tesco can meet up with the challenges.
