6
proper breakdown of the various activities, which are for understanding the processes and the
steps, which are to follow accordingly. There are five steps to develop the Gantt chart. They are;
1: Development of work breakdown structure
The work breakdown structure has made to make the various processes of the project easy and
convenient. This has certain goals, tasks, and milestone. The major components of the project
activities have listed at the first and followed by the serial number, which has to follow through
the entire project until the completion of the same. According to Crane and Matten, (2016), the
major elements have planned to gain the outcomes and not the planning of the various actions.
As the determination of the major topics has done, the breaking process has added in the next
step. Depending on the task complexities, the planner of the project continues to break the
activities into sub activities and so on.
2: Task assignment
After the planning of the work and various activities, which are within the work breakdown, the
tasks has assigned to the respective member. This activity has done by the evaluation of the skill
of various people who are required to act within the project.
3: Building timelines
After the breakdown has completed the tasks has made assigned according to the skill of
employee or person, the timelines have built. This has done in various ways. The spreadsheet
has used with column and rows. According to Mattel, (2015), there must be the calendar, which
is for the date analyzing of the various works. This must complete with the help of the calendar
and without the help of this, the timeline cannot be made. The date and the time have specified
and the activities have followed according to the timeline for the effective processing and
completing the project activities by the respective persons.
4: Evaluate the task dependencies
The main advantage of creating the Gantt chart is to create the planning of the project and
executing the same according to work skill of the responsible person within the projects. Various
aspects have depended upon and these have called as the dependencies, which are for the
completion of the project activities. The complete evaluations of the dependencies have done to
get the perfect outcomes and the approximate or perfect outcomes have delivered by the team
member within the project activities.

The Gantt chart once completed this must have shared with the team members so that they can

The risk may arise from different activities such as the cost analysis, time estimation, quality of
the project, effective communication and the available resources for the project. The cost
analysis may be risky and may fall short which can prove to be failing element of the project.

people within the target area which are set to achieve the information and from various people

The research does provide the information through various quantitative and qualitative research analyses.
The outcomes are essential for the organization and this would help the organization to develop the
