then it will be required by board of directors to expand their business operations area so that to

like south and North America, Europe, Asia Pacificwhere company has different offices but it is
is run from a particular area i.e. headquarters because company takes decisions and there only
and it is all implemented among different divisions (Adhariani, Sciulli and Clift, 2017). On the
other hand, if it is talked about the subdivisions when the company is specifically consists of

development, and many more others where all of these works on a particular goal that is to
improvise the profit margins for the company to offer in customers with number of innovative
