Answer to Question 1
The management of work priorities and commitments is considered to be a major
factor that can affect the work process of employees. The use of technology is thereby
considered to be a major way of managing the commitments and priorities effectively.
Consolidate – The productivity can be increased by consolidating the tasks and
priorities the time accordingly. The tools which can be used for this purpose are Lotus Notes.
Google Calendar and MS Outlook.
Schedule – The scheduling of tasks is also considered to be helpful for managing the
tasks and allot time accordingly. A date based system needs to be developed in order to
maintain the commitments and priorities.
Prioritise –The sequencing of tasks is also considered to be an important part of the
process of managing different operations within the organization (Clarke, 2018).
Answer to Question 2
Proper maintenance of work life balance is considered to be important for operating
within the modern environment. The time management is an important part of the work life
based balance. The determination of priorities is also important for deciding the activities
which need to be performed by the employees. The development of specific goals is
significant for maintaining the balance between work life and personal life. Work life balance
can thereby be maintained by developing boundaries which are required for performing
different tasks based on personal life and work life (Cordingley et al., 2015).

The stress levels which are a part of the operations of different organizations need to
be managed effectively by the employees so that they can perform the work processes
effectively. The management of stress levels is also considered to be an important part of the
ways by which the employees can manage their work as well as personal life. The
development of positive relationships is a major strategy that can decrease the levels of stress.
Developing the effective eating and sleeping based habits is also helpful in the proper
reduction of the levels of stress that are faced by the employees (Croft, Currie & Lockett,
2015).
Answer to Question 4
The learning styles which are used by different organizations for the purpose of
providing different types of knowledge to employees. The visual learner mainly implements
learning based techniques which are helpful in understanding and retaining the information
with the help of concepts and words. The aural learners on the other hand are able to
maximise the information with the help of different activities like, hearing, rhythm, music
and sound. Verbal learners are capable of acquiring effective information with the help of
speech, writing and reading. The employees or learners are provided with effective
knowledge with the help of the learning style which is considered to be best for them
(Friedman &Westring, 2015).
Answer to Question 5
The role model within the workplace is considered to be important for the ways by
which the employees are able to operate in the industry. The employees are able to learn a lot
from the ways by which a role model uses his skills to ensure effective levels of work
processes. The organization of which I am a part consists of different types of employees who
are able to provide their best levels of services. I can act as a role model for them by

managing the work processes in an effective manner with the help of my skills and
knowledge. The planning based process which is implemented by me in the organizational
operations is also considered to be important for the ways by which I can become a role

Answer to Question 6
The personal goals which are set by employees need to be aligned effectively with the
goals that are set by the team or entire organization. The larger goals and vision of the
organization is considered to have an immense effect on personal levels of goals that are set
by the employees. The team members need to set the personal goals in such a manner so that
they are able to facilitate the vision of the entire team. The organizational goals need to be
considered and analysed by the members so that they are able to set their personal objectives
(Jackson, 2015).
Answer to Question 7
Personal performance of the employees need to be measured on a periodic basis in
order to analyse their performance levels and further decide the success factors. The personal
performance levels can be measured with the help of different methods that are described
below.
Performing a 360 degree based evaluation of different factors that are able to
affect the performance which is shown by the employees. The ways by which
supervisor is able to affect different parts of work process are considered to be
important factors to be analysed.
Conducting performance measurement based activities which are based on
different parameters and are able to affect the productivity of employees.
