Executive Summary
The major aim of this research proposal is to discuss about the gender inequality in Atlas
Hotels. The topic will focus on the issues and challenges that may arise out of equality in the
workplace in all these hotel properties and what should be the measures that could be taken to
resolve them. Only questionnaire survey will be used as the method of collecting primary
data from all these hotel properties to find out the issues, so that necessary actions could be
designed to overcome the raised issues by the management of Atlas Hotels, which is a
hospitality organization that operates 48 properties in the market place of the United
Kingdom.

Background
The primary purpose of this research proposal is to discuss about the gender
inequality in Atlas Hotels, which is a hospitality organization that operates 48 properties in
the overall market place of the United Kingdom. The topic will focus on the issues and
challenges that may arise out of this gender inequality in the workplace in all these hotel
properties and what should be the measures that could be taken to resolve them. Only
questionnaire survey will be used as the method of collecting primary data from all these
hotel properties to find out the issues, so that necessary actions could be designed to
overcome the raised issues by the management of Atlas Hotels.
Research Aim
As discussed already, the aim of this research proposal will be to identify the
disadvantages of inequality of gender in the organization of Atlas Hotels, which are
delivering quality services through their 48 properties in the region of the United Kingdom.
The company started their journey in the year 1996 (User 2020). As the management have to
manage a healthy amount of hotel properties, they need to deal with a diversified work
culture through their properties. The issues need to be identified where the management along
with the employees are facing issues and hampering the quality of the services that are
usually provided to their guests and customers and due to which the hospitality company is
widely known as.
