based on various prejudices because of their age, gender, religion, nationality, disability or race.
When employees at the workplace feel that they are treated equally or fairly, they can start
feeling resentful towards the managers or leaders as well as their team members. This can further
have an impact on their overall productivity as well as performance. The respective report
