INTRODUCTION
In present times it is necessary to bring change in way of living life in better way. This is
because it requires basic needs to be fulfilled in effective way. The basic needs of all people
differ from each other on basis of their age. Health and well being is essential to maintain as it is
related to physical and mental health. There are several factors due to which health of individual
is highly affected. They may belong to social, culture, etc. and highly influence on wellness (do
Nascimento, and et.al., 2020).
In this essay it will be discussed about statement we can all age successfully along with
role of psychological and psychosocial factors and its relationship to health and well being.
MAIN BODY
For human being health and well being are most crucial needs of life. A healthy well being
determine lifestyle of people. However, for all age people health and well being are utmost
priority. There is a statement which says we can all age successfully. So, it means that people of
all age can get a better and healthy well being. Here, there are 3 elements of it which are
independence, wellness and nutrition. Independence means successfully aging is ability of
manage factors of one’s life. So, here it means having ability to make decisions autonomous.
Hence, people who live along may find it difficult to make decisions. Wellness means to
maintain regular exercise and routine. This can be done in a community environment where there
is social support (Eick and et.al., 2020). The group exercise encourage in having interest in well
being. Thus, wellness needs to be maintained in effective way. Here, at last comes nutrition that
means healthy eating. In order to remain healthy people of all age require nutritious diet and
food. This enables in maintaining physical diet. It has been evaluate that nutrition play a vital
role in well being.
Here, all age people can improve their well being with help of psychological and
psychosocial factors. They play vital role in health and well being. In entire life cycle these
factors are highly crucial. It determines well being of person in effective way. Also, it affect on
individual health in different way. Health, well being and illness are interrelated with each other.
They help in living a healthy life. Besides, wellness depends on physical and mental health.
Having a high stress can impact on people mind in negative way due to which he might start
consuming alcohol and it may be against his belief but for better well being he is required to do
so. So, there is negative impact of psychosocial factor on wellness.
