DISCUSSION
The health care industry is one of the most effected industries after introduction of pandemic
situation within the environment. Due to the enhancement in demand of healthcare people and
shortage of the workforce supply within the industry, the qualities of services and patient
experiences also get affected drastically. Therefore in order to get rid from such challenges,
recruitment of best talents is one of the key elements that drive the organizations towards
success. This discussion is based on the healthcare industry within the UK which provides
detailed focus along with the discussion on the objectives that has been prepared for the
completion of this research.
Objective 1- To evaluate the key attributes of employee value proposition in the health care
industry in UK
From the perception of various researchers as well as articles it has been analysed that
Employee value proposition provides unique value of benefits to the employees and the
employee also get consequently from the talent, potential and knowledge that they express to an
organization. But after the effects of pandemic situation that has been faced by the industry, it
has been evaluated that hiring and keeping employees in the health industry is highly difficult
and this related to the recruitment as well as retention tool. Good employees in the UK based
hospitals are the results of major health care benefits, leave benefits, retirement benefits,
prevention benefits and many more which are related to various other sectors and contribute
towards the growth of healthcare industry. Employee value proposition helps drastically in most
of the healthcare companies in order to enhance the competition level and able to work in
difficult situations which include recent pandemic situation (The Relationship between Employee

It has been evaluated that the pandemic situation changed the whole concept as well as the
relationship among the employees as well as employer. Leading organization and make

related to various requirements and demand of employees but enhanced competition are not able
to make and recruit talented staff members. The major purpose of employee value proposition is

of pandemic situation, it has been identified that people demand more rather than desired
demands. Furthermore, EVP make a right balance between employees and managing large

help the companies in healthcare industry in order to work and retain their employees with the
usage of major workers who are able to work but not ready to work because of ineffective health
care facilities. So, employee worth proposal is an innovative and significant concept in
healthcare industry to United Kingdom in order to highlight the role of employees and create
their right image or value within the hospital sector. According to the current scenario, it has

In this they also want more than the remuneration an employee with higher talent and skill will
remain with the organization.
To provide adequate development opportunities to the employees so that they are more
motivate to remain within the industries of healthcare. When the career of the employees get
enhance within the industry then they will not go to plan to shift to some other industry. They
should also provide a healthy culture within the organization so that they are comfortable to
perform their duties and work more effectively. When the employees’ value proposition is
effective in healthcare industry of UK then other industry people are also influenced to join the
healthcare industry.
The healthcare industry can be retained the most talented people by using the employees
value proposition effectively. The employees get more benefits than they will more engaged so
for that healthcare industry in UK should analysis the market trends and employees preference to
engage in the job profile and further offer them more than other to retain them for long-term. In

the healthcare the employees of UK expect paid holidays, their respective issuance and
disabilities benefits. So this all is to be provided to the employees so that they are willing to

An employee must provide all those advantages that are unique in the healthcare industry than

have to create an attractive employee value proposition on order to keep attracted their existing
