Slide 1 Introduction Disruptive Innovation is a process that is used to create new market and new value network and disrupts the current market and old values network with displacing preoccupied leading market firms, products and alliances. EFS which is also known as Essendon Food Solution is an organization that was established by Jonathan Jacob and Henry Shults Forty years ago. There are two subsidiaries of EFS which are- Enzymetech and Essendon Emulsifiers. Both organization are working in the food industry and providing services to different clients. The main function of Enzymetech is to supply enzymes to various food industry clients from all over world. It is pioneering the use of enzymes in the food industry. The other subsidiary is Essendom Emulsifiers which providing emulsifiers to food organization to product specific food product that contains oil and water. The current situation of organizations related to their operations process where they have most of the employees who are educated in microbiology. According to current reports strategic planning team of organization is not that effective what is used to be. The competitors of company are building and developing new faster and innovative products which are giving tough competition to EFS product. The senior people of organization have different views on the strategic planning for company. This presentation is providing brief information of strategic planning of organization and providing recommendations to get better result in the market place. Slide 2 Internal Perspectives The internal perspectives are need to be evaluated to aware of the current organizational condition that are faced by company in the market place due to various internal and internal factors. `Main issue with HRM is the senior staff of organization is trained for conventional business program not with core human resources duties. They don't have enough knowledge of Disruptive innovation. It also required to have extra team form the corporate team that can provide new and innovative ideas and processes for disruptive innovation in implementation of it. Organizational Culture The organizational culture is one of most important thing to maintain work place decorum for effective working. This strategic thinking allows the organization to work with an efficient plan to implement proper changes in the company operations. For better strategic it is important to have some basic leadership capabilities that can help a leader to meet needs of EFS. These capabilities are Accumulation of Work Experience, Cognitive Ability and Extraversion. These are basic quality that need to be possessed by a leader. Accumulation of Work Experience-It requires creating various roles' in organization that are based on the experience and responsibilities not on carrier of individual. These roles should be in Managing, Contributing and leading. Cognitive Ability-This is about hire the people in the organization who have cognitive ability which is generally known as basic intelligence. Extraversion-This is the basic behaviour of person who is open for communication and can easily communicate with people in order to conduct business efficiently.
