Abstract
The aim of the study is to analyse the impact of electronic waste, identify the potential
effects of waste that is being generated from the processing and dispose of electronic
equipment. Moreover, the current research also aims at finding out the impact of the waste
management and the effect of the generation of waste on global network. Furthermore, the
implication of waste management regarding the manufacturing of the electronic equipment
over the circular economy would also be taken as the aim of the current research. The
research aims for successful completion of the project with the help of analysing the current
impact of electronic waste that is being generated at Guiyu, China.
The background of the study explains the meaning of waste management and how
important its significance are in the applicable world. Waste management or the management
of disposal is considered set of activities and actions which is required for managing the
waste from its inception to the time of its disposal. This process includes the collection of the
waste, its transport, – and lastly disposal of the waste. Monitoring and regulation of the
process is also a part of the waste management process. Either the waste generated can be
solid, liquid or in the form of gas and each of the type of this categorised waste has different
methods of disposal and different methods for its management. The process of waste
management is intended to reduce the adverse effects of waste on human health and the
environment in which human exists. The practice of waste management is not uniform among
the countries.
Positivism philosophy, descriptive design, deductive approach, and case study
research strategy has been applied. There have been use of secondary data collection method.
This process have been abled the researcher in finding relevant kind of information regarding
the generation of waste of electronics parts and also have helped the researcher in gaining a
thorough knowledge to understand the extent of the process.
