This dissertation focuses on the importance of supply chain management in reducing cycle time, increasing flexibility, and reducing waste. It also provides suggestions for managing supply chain effectively. The research was conducted on Breezemount and includes a survey of 50 employees and interviews with 2 managers. The purpose of this research is to provide proper suggestions to manage supply chain in an effective manner so that the company can achieve its goals in an efficient way.
