2.Research Rationale and Problem Identification : Include a brief description of the background to your project. Explain and justify the business context. Leadership is defined as the art of motivating people so that individual can manage their role and responsibilities within an organisation in effective manner(Bolden, 2016). This is used in order to provide direction to the organisation and understand needs of individual so that the same can be given to them and at the same time organisational needs can be met. The purpose of leadership is associated with charging life of individual so that needed direction can be given to them. For every employees direction is needed so that they can get to know regarding their areas of development and by improving the same all the functions of the business can be executed in sufficient manner. Culture of an organisation is defined as accumulation of such beliefs, assumptions and values that are helpful for managingthebusinessandbusinessfunctionsaswell(AlKhajeh,2018).These assumptions are related with business functions and the manner in which the employees behave in circumstances. Culture plays significant role in an organisation as in executing business functions in prominent manner. The major reason for selecting the research topic is related with personal inclination of researcher as researcher was willing to get to know regarding the topic. On the other hand the selection of the research is related with dual perspective such as personal and professional. For personal perspective the research will lead into enhancing various skills of individual and in terms of professional perspective the research will provide assistance to researcher in managing future researches in required manner.
