Robertson, 2018). There are number of benefits for having diverse workforce at workplace such
as higher employee engagement, better company reputation, reduced employee turnover,
improved hiring results, increased profits, variety of different perspectives, faster problem
solving etc. These are consider main benefits of diversity that helps an enterprise in development
of its growth. In ASDA, employee turnover is a main problem that has negative impact on their
overall growth and success. In order to reduce such type of problem, company decide to promote
diversity at their workplace. As it helps an enterprise by overcoming this type of issue and
increasing number of diverse employees.

I am thankful for getting a chance for doing this investigation over a topic i.e. “To
identify the role of diversity in reducing employee turnover within an organisation. A study on
ASDA. This is a more interesting and broad topic that helped me by enhancing my knowledge
about the diversity at workplace and its significance in reduction of high employee turnover.
This study also supported me by increasing my number of research quality such as literature
review, time management, data collection etc. These are main skills that supported me in
performing and completing of each activities of investigation. Along with this, in order to
gathered information regarding the current topic, I used questionnaire because it provide me data
in form of quality and real. With the used of questionnaire I easily complete each task of
investigation in more appropriate manner. Apart from this, by doing this study I also faced major
challenges which are time given for this study is lack, insufficient resources, lack of capital and
behaviour of respondents are not appropriate. These are main challenges that reduced my
confidence level but for overcoming these challenges I used Gantt chart as a time management
