You work as the manager for the simulated workplace with responsibility for ensuring an

There are five main practices which has been followed by the AMH Civil company which basically
include recruitment, training, promoting staff, value management and health and safety.
In context to AMH Civil company, they have planned to recruit people through visiting linkd in
profiles and for the purpose of training company has conducted different programmes in order to
train the employees into effective manner. For purpose of recruitment, they have followed the
