 Every organisation have its own recruitment and selections process that helps in finding
out the best candidate. This process depends on size and nature of organisation. The
management carefully performs this function as business performance is dependent on
employees.
 Recruitment is a process of finding out prospectus candidate from various available
resources for a specific job position

 Recruitment planning – It is the first step in which vacant position are identified. This
is done according to the requirement of organisation. In this several factors are included
such as job description, specification, etc. this is done so that accordingly candidates can
