is having a stable and good reputation for themselves in the market which is a great factor for the
overall operations. Cathay Pacific has faced a lot of issues related to Covid-19 and democratic
issues which raised in the country in 2019. The company was developing in revenue and
passenger count but all of a sudden there was a fall which is that there were protests which got
violent and that did not create a good impact on the business in market. The report is going to

fell down to 71,543,000 and 8,835,000. The movement of the flights also fell down in the last
two years which made the company not be able to gain the same revenue which they did before.
The company has a lot of violent protests which took place and made the customers not feel safe
which has to be well maintained and that is a very important factor. The company has 82
destinations and because of the security and other aspects the company was not being able to
have the same satisfaction level and support from the clients which was present (Li and et.al.,
2017). Net profit of the company just feel in negative which was a very bad factor for the
portfolio of the company which has to be maintained otherwise the company can lose the brand
value and reputation in the market. Air traffic also reduced which was a good factor because
there was less air pollution but the company lost their employees which were experience as well
